Aayush has 10 years of business development and leadership experience across start-ups like Autoninja & Bright Box and kick started his career by founding his first start-up, ThinkWheels in 2013. Since Clairco's inception, he has won awards like CNN Young Achiever in Real Estate, 2020 and Forbes 30 under 30 Asia, 2020, ET Now Young Business Leader, 2021 & Nasscom Tech for Good Awards, 2021. He is a lawyer by education from Chanakya National Law University, Patna, India and has also completed a course on climate-tech from Terra.do in 2022.

Udayan also has 10 years of experience and has spearheaded leadership and operations portfolios across K12, OYO and Vedanta Resources. He has won awards & recognitions like Forbes 30 under 30 Asia 2020, ET Now Young Business Leader 2021 & Nasscom Tech for Good Awards 2021.
