What is the measurable positive impact from implementing ESG?

Thanks to the different functionalities of Bidrento users have been given control over their utility bills by controlling water/electricity/heating consumption. Based on our customer experience migrating from fixed utility cost to consumption-based agreements using Bidrento cost allocation functionality led to the following savings:
1) Hot water: -15%
2) Coldwater: -4%
3) Electricity (day): -9%
4) Electricity (night): -8%

Savings data based on 90 apartment building consumption saved thanks to the usage of the Bidrento cost allocation management system. Calculation showed that quantitative energy-saving figures are the following: electricity annual savings of 7.6 MWh which saves 1.89 t CO2-ekv.

Who are the founders of the company and what is their experience?

Founding team consists of 2 hands-on founders who met at the university while obtaining master´s degrees 15 years ago.
Natalja Napsep, has been working at Tallinn Technology University, then corporate banking in Nordea, after moved to real estate and had over 10 years of experience in different real estate projects in Croatia, Ukraine, Russia, and Estonia. Commercial spaces, industrial parks, and one of the key focuses have been developing and leading residential real estate projects, including rental houses development.
Taavo Annus. Has been working for more than 10 years in major Scandinavian Banks and Insurance Companies. He has built from scratch many successful customer portfolios in corporate banks, implemented innovative financial solutions for Scandinavian large enterprises, and analyzed more than 1,500 business/financing projects, including real estate developments. He has always been interested in technology, and over the years has brought several completely new technological solutions to the rental real estate market.
And today, he is 100% dedicated to Bidrento – a technological company, which is built for professional and institutional rental real estate market players globally and helps them to grow their businesses, cut unnecessary costs, and increase their revenues.
All this is supported by an experienced in-house team of Software Engineers. Everything related to the technology is done in-house.

What is the company's business model and how is this scalable?

Our business model for long-term rental management is based on the subscription fee per object. And for the short-term rentals, we charge a % fee on the sales made.

It is a cloud-based solution with servers capacity that scales automatically according to customers' needs.
